Membership terms and conditions:
By completing this application you agree to the following:
- You agree to complete at least 1 flight per month consisting of 1 hour or more.
- You agree to review the FDXV pilot handbook and follow all rules, regulations, and policies outlined.
- Please note that FDXV reserves the right to refuse any application at any time for any reason.
Membership requirements:
- You must maintain a paid pro subscription IF simulator.
- You must have a valid email address
- You must be 13 years or older per Discord T.o.S. and FDXVA policy.
- Must maintain an IFC account with good standing.
- Your IFC account must be 30 days or older.
- User must have access to Discord as that is our primary communication source.
- Must not be listed on the IFVARB black or watch lists.
Password Requirements:
Your password must contain at least:
- 1 upper case letter
- 1 lower case letter
- 1 number
- 8 characters
How will we communicate about your application?
- After you have submitted your application we will attempt to contact you via a PM to the IFC account you provided on your application.
- If an applicant provides an invalid IFC account username, we will discard the application as invaild.
- After 7 days with no response from applicant via IFC we will discard the application.
It may take up to 24 hours for your application to be approved if you are successful.
